La Lumia+ ha un design asimmetrico che le consente di trovarsi sempre nella posizione giusta nella mano, a differenza delle lampade rotonde. Grazie a questo design particolare, l'interruttore è facilmente individuabile senza dover guardare la lampada. Il cappuccio e il corpo sono rivestiti in gomma termoplastica, per una presa piacevole, sicura e silenziosa. Queste caratteristiche rappresentano un grande vantaggio rispetto alle lampade in alluminio rotonde, dove l'utente spesso non sa dove si trovi l'interruttore e, in alcuni casi, deve addirittura usare entrambe le mani per accendere la lampada. L'interruttore ha tre posizioni: spento, posizione momentanea con ripristino automatico e acceso. La posizione momentanea è molto utile per illuminazioni brevi o per segnalazioni. L'elastico con Tanka consente una facile regolazione in base alle esigenze dell'utente. L'elettronica garantisce una luminosità costante, anche quando le batterie non sono completamente cariche. La temperatura di colore del LED è nella gamma del bianco neutro, per garantire una massima resa dei colori del mondo sottomarino. Il fascio luminoso del LED viene ridotto a un punto luminoso di circa 8° tramite una lente in materiale altamente trasparente, protetta da un rivestimento in policarbonato ottico, con un cerchio luminoso medio. Le batterie sono incluse nella confezione. La Lumia ha due livelli di luminosità, regolabili tramite un cursore sulla scheda.

Torch with a highly asymmetric design boasts excellent ergonomics and a highly tactile perception of its geometric characteristics. Thanks to this particular design, the switch position is immediately found without needing to use your eyesight. The porthole and body are coated with thermoplastic rubber to extend shelf life and reduce noises from impact when used for fishing. These ergonomic features are a big advantage over aluminium torches with a circular section which do not give feedback on the position of the grip and, in some cases, even require the use of two hands to turn it on. The switch has three positions: off, on unstable with automatic return, on. The “on unstable” position is particularly useful in fishing because it allows flashing by one simple press. The strap with slider spring allows adjustment according to the user’s needs, but being elastic can be pulled out in case of emergency.
