Return Policy
Regarding Our Merchandise Return and Refund Policy: Except for a small number of items specified as non-returnable in our product description information, you are free to return any item you ordered from the Dive Garage website if it does not live up to your expectations for a diving-related use. To return an item, simply send it back to us; your order number serves as return authorization. The purchase price of unused merchandise returned within 30 days of delivery will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form used for order payment. For merchandise returned in any other condition or after two months, the purchaser will receive a store merchandise discount that is valid for up to two years and can be used on future purchases.
You will be updated on your Return Status through Email or Whatsapp, provided that all contact information was provided.
Although it is not needed, we recommend that you CONTACT US before making a return since, in certain circumstances, we may be able to resolve your concerns without initiating a return.
Refunds
The purchase price of merchandise ordered from the Dive Garage website for a diving-related application and returned in unused condition within 30 days of the date of delivery will be refunded to the purchaser in the same form as the method of order payment.
Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you, otherwise, shipping costs are not refunded. If the order is returned by the carrier as undeliverable or refused, the refund amount will be reduced by both the outbound and inbound actual shipping costs from the order.
If we collected sales tax at the time of the purchase, we will refund the tax as appropriate. However, if taxes and duties were paid to a third party such as a local government, courier service, postal service, or customs house, you must contact whomever you paid to request any potential refund of taxes and duties. We are not responsible for refunding any monies paid that we did not ourselves collect at time of purchase.
We will process the refund as soon as we receive your return. Please note that packages automatically returned as undeliverable or refused are typically handled by the carrier at a very low shipping priority, especially internationally, and our receipt of the package and thus your refund can be significantly delayed.
Exchange Policy
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided that such variant is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced. Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received, and conditions are confirmed. You are given the right to exchange the item ONCE. Provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
Return Shipping
Carefully pack your return for shipment back to us, including a copy of your order or invoice. Please assist us by including a brief explanation of the cause for your return on the order or invoice copy. For high-value returns, we recommend using a carrier that provides package tracking, ensuring your box for safe return, and declaring the entire value of the item to ensure that you are fully protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you prefer, you may return any merchandise directly to the customer service desk at our retail store location.
Refunds and Returns Disclaimer
Purchases for non-diving applications are not eligible for returns or refunds. We believe that repeated or excessive returns from one client indicate, for whatever reason, that we are unable to meet that customer's ongoing expectations. In such cases, we may reject future orders from that customer or accept specific orders from that customer with the condition of no returns. In some cases, we may reject future orders for that customer or ship-to address due to non-delivery.
